The JCG Residence

The project is created for a family of four with 2 children and 2 parents. The project brief: Create a residential structure that can accommodate 2 adults and two children. It should have a "sari-sari store" and a rooftop / roof deck with a laundry area on top to make it convenient to dry clothes on the day but will accommodate the family's time and leisure in the evening or on special occasions.
