Description:
We are looking to design an portable water purifier with UV - C Led bulb and to make a jacket of UF tinted glass to protect the eyes / skin when the UV-C is immersed in water.

IF the UV-C is not needed to be immersed in water and yet disinfects the germs and bacteria we can consider this aspect.
Wants:
Unique design and shape
Adaptability to Indian markets
Cost-effective with easy portability.
Don't Wants:
Same design like steripen UV-C purifier

Members,

We need a detachable UF cover attached to the object to cover wearer's eyes and skin when the UV bulb is activated under water.

This is the main aspect of the design.

My design has better ergonomics and it is easy to hold in hand and as well as to keep in pocket or you can make it as an key ring too.
it has space from inside to hold two AAA battery and it can be change easily. It has looks like an DROP, it make a symbol of an purity.
it can be manufacture at low rate and it is has not to machined after injection molding.

Hollow ball that can open
I need a plastic prototype design in 3D. This object is a hollow ball (20mm in diameter, 1mm in thickness). The ball is composed of 2 parts (top and bottom piece). The top piece will slide into the bottom piece. On the top of the ball are small air vents (0.7mm) that form the shape of a circle. The bottom of the ball will have an opening (4mm diameter). There is a small arch inside the ball that sits at the base. The arch will extend from one end of the opening to the other. The arch will will be 1 mm in thickness. I have attached images I created with paint.
