In 2002, after high school, I went directly into trade school and earned my AutoCAD Certification. Little did I know that I would be in the AEC field for the next 12 years. I regularly spend 8+ hours a day, working on schools and other similar buildings, making large sums of money for other people, whilst barely making ends meat for all of my hard work. This is the reason I've decided to go freelance. Coordinating electrical systems in building has become my strong suite. Although I went into CAD classes with dreams of making video games and 3D models, I have not been able to find the right the right company or the right location. Alas, I have continued to build complex 3D models for BIM coordination. But, no more! I’m hoping that if you've found this website you have an idea, maybe a hand drawn sketch or two, or even some old drawings that you’d like to have converted to a digital format. Do you want a replacement for that plastic clip that you broke on your car? Why not let me design it for you in 3D so you can have another one (or as many as you want) 3D printed. I graduated in 2002 and started my career as a piping designer. I worked directly with a mechanical engineer in large projects in retail stores, industrial manufacturing plants, commercial office buildings, and schools. After 3 years I moved to an HVAC designing position, designing and drawing HVAC systems for permit and construction. After the economic hit in the late ▒▒▒▒&#▒▒▒;s I moved to a software management position. Currently I oversee, support, and control all of our BIM software, which includes AutoCAD, Navisworks, Revit, Fabrication CADmep, Fabrication ESTmep, and Fabrication CADduct. I've developed our processes and procedures, along with the entire BIM coordination workflow.

Born in Phoenix, Arizona I was raised with high work ethic imparted by my many family members in the building community. I received my first associated degree from Glendale Community before relocating to New York City. In New York I gained a wide variety of work experiences, in wich, all culminated in a great understanding of the bottom line in any industry. Later in Austin, Texas, I received my second associate degree in Drafting. There I had the opportunity to apply my leadership and problem-solving skills to grow a business. Through Design and pragmatic thinking I was able to gain the experience to design for the lifetime of a product or space. Today I have found myself back in New York continuing my design experiences and process development as I complete my bachelor's degree.
