3d visualizations for a commercial retail building

Subject: Create 3d visualizations for a commercial retail building Company: Private Project Style: Imperial Building Style Country: US The client wants to use the current building and reface it with a new look. The buildings is 2 stories high with a flat roof. What we would like to design was the rear portion of the building 61 x 56 wide needs to be removed for parking lot. The front portion of building is will be 61 wide x 80 ft deep. As per the client's request we make it so that the 3 units 2 street facing with the third a corner unit with a potential for a small 4th unit in the rear of the building. The side of the building as well as the front should be used for additional parking,
