The client asked for a robot that can be used in a severe environment and be of use in ordinary conditions as well, the robot could have an arm or a camera mounted on it or any other gear.
I designed the robot using SolidWorks Sheet metal and made the torque calculations of the wheel motors, made the stress analysis for parts at the critical sections, and prepared the files to machining
The project wasn't sold, the client preferred to keep it for himself and asked me to design another one to be sold less
