AC Mounting Stand 01

This is a project of making an AC mounting stand for outdoor unit. This is a production ready design. Following things are kept in mind while designing this stand: -> Cost effective manufacturing. -> Adjustable Length, Width and Height. -> Weather condition (Stainless Steel and Water Drain Hole). -> Strength. It can withstand heavy load (way more than 400 lbs). -> Easy of assembly. Only 6 different types of main parts to assemble. -> Compact design. Will not take too much space outside of the AC Unit. -> Small packaging box. Easy to store and transport. Only about 25" x 4.7" x 4.2" box can contain the full set.
