ball_lock_alignment_assy

Ball Lock alignment plate concept.
Used to align individual ball lock plates "see ball lock plate assy".
Eliminates the need for a whole table ball lock plate - which is what most shops do.
With this system you mount one ball lock plate align it by sweeping in with indicator - then mount secondary plates using alignment plate.
Note: for this system fixtures would have their primary and secondary bushings in corners at each end of plate all other ball lock locations would be machined to clearance dimensions, and the fixture itself would be used to align final plate to the table.
Current concept is designed for 10" 15" or 20" placement to match fixture requirements.
