Comau-Tesla Assembly Plant, Toluca, MX

This was the largest segment of an Autobody Assembly Plant for Tesla. It was the first large scale design project I was assigned to Lead within US Fabrication & Design. This project was fully designed, assembled, and produced using Solidworks 2D Drafting & 3D Modeling; this included everything from the smallest of bolts to the largest of metal beams, all designed within Solidworks 3D, then tracked within dozens of separate BOM's, all checked thoroughly and meeting industry standards.
