DIE DESIGN FOR MANUFACTURE OF GAS STOVE REGULATOR

Pro-E creo parametric 3.0 was used for modeling the product. Performed core and cavity extraction by providing suitable allowances using the same software.The Die was manufactured using conventional machining method and performed Plasting Injection Moulding to produce the final product. Polypropylene was used as the raw material for injection.
