Dual Head Router/Drill

This a concept of a Dual Head Router to route the aluminum I-beam webs for flat bed semi trailers. The idea is to route out the profile, down and back and drill the holes in the second pass. I made several versions, each time improving, I hope, the design making it more accessible and easier to manufacture. The work was done in AutoDesk Fusion 360.
