Foxhole House 2.0

This project really showed me first hand, the power of BIM technology. Because i was able to provide the cost estimations for this project in just the preliminary stages (thanks to ArchiCAD). My client and I were able to clearly decide what the limitations were when designing this project and it ended up with a great result because it was exactly what was needed and it fit within the budget that was available. It is also currently a work in progress and has entered the landscaping/ hardscaping part of the design phase, having purchased the land on which to construct only after being adamant that there will still be enough money to build after buying the plot.
