In this project, I undertook the challenge of designing a precision gearbox system to effectively reduce the speed output of a high-speed 5000 RPM DC motor to both 250 RPM and 400 RPM.
The project commenced with extensive research and development efforts aimed at conceptualizing an efficient gearbox configuration. Leveraging SolidWorks, I meticulously crafted detailed 3D models that encapsulated the intricacies of the gearbox system.
To enhance visualization and comprehension, I further enriched the project by creating a dynamic 3D animation showcasing the gearbox in action. This animation served as a valuable tool to illustrate the functionality and operational dynamics of the designed gearbox system.
Throughout the process, precision engineering and innovative design solutions were paramount, ensuring that the gearbox design not only met the specified speed reduction requirements but also exhibited optimal performance and reliability in practical applications.
