From client:
"We need the following goals in order of importance.
-tear out, level and install new back yard concrete (pavers, stamped concrete, or ??).
-BBQ/outdoor kitchen with room for seating at the counter
-Patio cover
-Fire pit/fire place
-Water feature
Our yard faces West so we get great sunsets and a coastal breeze. There are 4 mature trees in the corners of the yard that we can either keep or remove.
The objective is to give more area to the yard that is hard surface for entertaining and water conservation. We want to try to keep areas we can plant with drought tolerant plants to maintain a green yard.
