Helicopter cyclic and collective mechanical control

The Winner SCS is a small company on the helicopter market. The founder plans to make an inexpensive turbine helicopter ( ~200.000 € ). Working in a small environment gave me a great global view of a project, from the first design to the machining and final adjustments. With the achievement of the first prototype (the Winner B150), comes the need to improve the design. Thus the frame needed to be re-designed, this also applies to the control system. The picture below show the airframe and some composite parts. The controls made for this project are colored on the second picture in green, blue and some grey parts.
