GENERAL CONSTRUCTION CHARACTERISTICS The building is on 6 floors with a basement. The construction is monolithic with horizontal reinforced concrete slabs (thickness 20 cm) with peripheral beams conveying vertical loads on columns and concrete shear walls. Horizontal wind and seismic impacts by continuous concrete walls are worn. The foundation is determined by combining the foundation slab with thickness 70cm under high construction and stripe foundation on the periphery of the building.The construction is designed with the criteria of serviceability and ultimate limit states in accordance the European standards system “Eurocodes” and national annex of Republic of Bulgaria.
