Rotor Core Machining Center

A re-engineering project. A turntable was converted into a solution combining four process.

This machine has eight stations that reams, brushes, inspects and sort small rotor cores.
Two independent electromechanical systems (one hydraulic, one pneumatic) controlled by a PLC (Independent PLC programming hired).

VERY detailed CAD assembly, (500+ components), even pneumatic tubing routes (not shown) and PLC wiring! - Around 80 custom parts were produced from detailed shop drawings. Tolerance Analysis widely used.
