Shock Absorber Model
I designed a detailed shock absorber model for a bike by assembling four key parts: the Base Rod, Top Rod, Spring, and Nut. The project involved precise modeling of each component in SolidWorks, ensuring accurate dimensions and functionality. I followed best practices for part design and assembly, focusing on both visual appeal and structural integrity.
Key Features:
Spring mechanism modeled for realistic compression and expansion simulation.
Rod and Nut assembly designed for durability and proper alignment under load.
Completed the project using basic SolidWorks tools, following step-by-step guidance from online resources.
This project enhanced my understanding of mechanical systems and improved my skills in 3D modeling and assembly.
