Sikaflex dispensing SPM This Machine work is dispensing of sikaflex material on a particular path. In this machine was work on gas meter components which is outlet and base of gas meter. It was developed for Secure meter Udaipur Rajasthan India. This machine had following features like Gantry for Pick and place purpose, 4- Axis robot for dispensing path, Two fixture for component holding and two conveyor for output and input component carrier. Technical data cycle time :-14 sec Dispensing material :- 3-4 gms Bubbles are not accepted in the path. Reliability :-99.99%
