This project involves the design and development of a compact, innovative, and portable agitator mechanism tailored for homogenizing solid materials or waste with liquid in tanks with depths ranging from 1 meter to 5 meters. The core focus is on functionality, ease of use, and operational safety in challenging environments, such as sludge storage tanks.

Key Features:
Extendable Shaft Mechanism:

Uses a lead screw and telescopic shafts to extend from 1 meter (retracted) to 5 meters (fully extended) in 100 rotations.
The impeller activates only after reaching the desired depth, protecting the tank walls.
Portability and Compact Design:

The device is lightweight (~25kg) and compact (fits into a 1.5m x 0.5m box).
Designed for ease of transportation and operation.
User-Friendly Interface:

Includes a central console with a depth set button, rotation toggle, and display for monitoring depth and RPM.
Enables even inexperienced operators to use the device safely.
