Description:
Hi, We are looking at a fun design project where your imagination can run wild. It is a complete blank slate of land that we will be building an AirBnB resort and personal residence on. At this stage we are looking for design only, we will finalize design specs based on design. The lot size is 68' wide x 118' deep. There is front road access with homes on all other three sides. It is 4 rows from the ocean. We can build up to 3 stories. I have a hand drawn layout based on a previous corner lot that we almost purchased that will have the layout as a starting point. We will have our personal residence at the rear of the property, with a 6 villa building on one side and (side x side, 3 stories high) with each villa about 350 sq ft. and a Welcome canopy/bar that we may grow into a restaurant in a few years. Our residence will be about 1700 sq ft (can be spread out over 2-3 floors depending on space. Can be much smaller if so required as We want to ensure it is guest focused.Setbacks are 10' from front and 5" from side.
We are in the early design stages only so will be open to suggestions and modifications.
Wants:
The property is located on Amergrise Caye, Belize. We are drawing inspiration from the Bali style single lot resorts, with a pool that mimicks the overwater bungalow feel of the Maldives. Here is an example of the closest resort to what I am imagining. Here are other examples as well that we are drawing inspiration from (attached)

Hi Mackenzie. Yes we are comfortable woth metric. Mkst designs here (Canada) come in metric and we then transfer to imperial. No problem

Improve upon our floor plan and hardscape design for a 4,500 sqft waterfront home
We have a plot of canal front land in the Cayman Islands. Looking to build a home on it soon, so considering floor plans. I attach a floorplan of our current ideas to give an idea of what we're thinking. I'm sure it can be improved upon, and we can make more of the space. Also attached is a brochure of the land to give an idea of the area. Ours is plot 17, so you can see the dimensions and orientation of the land.
I'd like to keep the total floor size (for the house, garage and apartment on top) to approx 4,500 sq ft

Freelance Drafter: Existing Home AutoCAD Architecture or 2D
The structure is already existing. Its a new construction with electrical, plumbing, and hvac system in place. I need 2 full-size sets, which may be any size up to 24” X 36” drawn to a standard scale noted on the exhibits. 1 additional set must be either 8.5” X 11” or 8.5” X 14” drawn to a standard scale noted on the exhibits. And Floorplans must be drawn to a standard scale and are to include (but are not limited to) the following items: drawing scale, room labels, wall measurements, ceiling heights, door and window schedule, smoke detector locations, dimensioned locations of new plumbing fixtures, handrail/guardrail locations and room square footages. i have drawings of the floor plan and can provide lots of more info. The home is 780sq foot.

Your Inspiration Needed for Waterfront Dream Home
Designing my dream retirement home and looking for creative inspiration! I am in the very beginning phases of my home design and would like to work with someone who can help me with the floor plan layout. Final architectural plan not needed - just seeking ideas to help turn my dream into a reality. I want to take advantage of water views and light for this waterfront home facing the sunrise. Because of potential flooding, home will need to be built on pilings.
We are very early on in the design phase and won't be ready to build for a few years. I'm looking for schematic design - arrangement of space, room adjacencies, elevations, and floor plans so that I have something better to express my desires to a future builder.
