I am posting this contest as a way to meet some of the strongest architectural drafters on the CAD Crowd platform. My small design practice is gaining steam, and I am looking to add a quality draftsmen to my team for ongoing work. For this contest, you will take a sketchup model of an past cabin project and create the best drawing set you can in 8-10 hours. I really don't want you to kill yourself throwing 30 hours at this, because I want to see what you can produce within a limited time budget. So, don't worry about covering every detail. What I want you to do is get into the sketchup model and understand the project. Then, I want you to recreate the project in revit. I do need you to get some of the information onto drawing sheets. The high quality, visually professional, informationally concise PDF drawing set is how I will be judging the contest.
The project is a 400 SF cabin made of SIPS (Structurally Insulated Panel System). I have not selected exterior finishes yet. Please make a recommendation for what the exterior skin would be and how it would be attached to the building. Please also propose a foundation system for the project.
1. Understanding of the architectural basics of creating a document set.
2. Accurate recreation of the design work that is presented to you.
3. At a minimum, a document set containing a floor plan, elevations, and at least one building section.
4. A strong draftsmen will hopefully have time to expand upon the basic drawings. Use your best judgement on what is most important to add.
5. I will also want to review your revit file for organization.
I do not want you to import the sketchup model into revit. I want to see your skill in building this model in revit.
I do not want you to alter the design in any way. Future projects will have more of a design component.

Warehouse/Factory Facade Design
I am after some help to design some concepts/options for our warehouse/offices facade. We are extending our factory to double the width and we will need to a facade to cover the whole front so you can't tell there is two rooflines.
As you can see in the photos the building is currently navy/cream with a red stripe. This is not our branding guidelines. I want to see some options to have the facade match in with those current colours and also some options if we go ahead and paint the current sheds black or something else to match in with our branding.
Design a Safari Resort

Converting a Beach House to Year Round House
We have a 2420 sq ft home originally built in 2003 as a vacation home (small bedrooms, little storage, no office) that we want to move to full-time. It was a modular home and it sits on pilings. It's hurricane rated (and unfortunately hurricane tested!) We hope to reconfigure/reduce our master bath/closet area to utilize dead space, and increase closet space. We need more storage in general. We will likely convert one of the bedrooms downstairs to an office unless there is another solution. The twp says we have about 100 sq ft that we could add - maybe enclose bottom deck with access off family room? the North side of our house are all oversized sliders. Our windows are floor to ceiling. We have great light here. We would like to add dormers to the roof to add architectural interest and to add light to the attic space. We will have to add floors and pull-down stairs to make the attic accessible/functional. We would like ideas on enclosing our outdoor stairs and integrating with exterior (cedar shakes) The kitchen is original builders grade and needs updating. We would consider removing the wall between kitchen and living room. We would love a roof top deck. The ceiling is flat over the master bedroom but pitched slightly in kitchen and living room. Optimize / expand laundry closet. We also would like to add an elevator - and assume it would be external as many people get variances for them here. The most likely place for the elevator would be on the left side of the house by the front door. Lastly the ground floor is garage/storage. The space under the stairs is hampered by a piling and a header that we would like to move to optimize space there. We understand this might require engineering.
