Simple design rolling tray

This is a smoke accessories line I want a simple rolling try to launch the line (examples raw rolling tray, element rolling tray) I want to manufacture a simple tray but different to roll out my line
Wants:
11"x7 5/8 and about 1/4 high this may change i want it to be rounded but I want a 2 piece tray one with a second layer under it that can be detached but while connected and using the rolling area makes Clean up easy, then your able to detach and empty then put back. Hopefully made in matte finish Blk red glow in the dark. Logo in the middle of tray or any design

yes i will give a sketch example till then raw rolling tray, element tray these are simple trays wanted to add a twist second layer for removal

Maleficent Horns
I would love to create a full life-size replica set of horns based off of the movie Maleficent with Angelina Jolie. I will attach pictures.
