The format for 1-to-1 projects is exactly like contests, and the projects show on your user dashboard once you’ve uploaded your entry. You can learn more about 1-to-1 projects in the client help section.
Upon project completion, you can share this link with the client to show them how to close the project, which is required to make a withdrawal request and receive your payment.
Note: If a client is unresponsive, please send a follow-up message and wait a few business days. If a client is still unresponsive, please contact us, and we will attempt to reach out to a client on your behalf.
