Platform service fees
How service fees work:
- Contests: No service fees apply when you join or win a design contest.
- Job contracts: The platform automatically adds a 20% service fee to your quote for hourly and fixed-rate job contracts.
- Managed services: You provide the quote, and we add our markup to a client invoice (the client pays all service fees).
Bring-a-Client Program (BAC)
The platform service fee may be waived if you invite a client to join Cad Crowd and hire you directly. Please get in touch with our support team and include the client’s email address to create a new BAC job contract with waived fees. A payment processing fee may apply to client invoices to cover the cost charged by payment providers (i.e., PayPal, Stripe, etc.).
📡 Note: The expert payouts are made via PayPal in US currency.
