You may send task deliverables and share files with your clients on Cad Crowd. The maximum file size is 1GB, and you can send multiple large files by sharing the attachments in multiple messages. Work deliverables can be sent to your client using Cad Crowd chat or the chat area in your job contract workspace.
Ways to share files and work deliverables with your client:
- Inbox: Go to your inbox > select client chat > click 📎 icon to attach files
- Workspace: Visit My contracts > select a contract > click Chat tab > click 📎 icon to attach files
Where to find and download your client’s shared files:
- Inbox: Go to your inbox > select client chat > select Get details > see Files & attachments
- Workspace: Visit My contracts > select a contract > scroll down to see Files & attachments
