Some of our past projects: • Designing & drawing of hydraulic lift to raise the load of 15-Tons upto 21 meters, submitted to Barrel Hone Pvt. Ltd., Bahadurgarh, Haryana, India • Maintained the hydraulic lifting mechanism of a portable operation theatre being used by Indian army, container size is 8X8X20 feet & lifting height was 1.5 meter for loading & unloading purpose • Designing & drawing of double stage scissor lift of 2-Ton capacity with table size of 1900X900 mm, supplied to our client in UAE • Currently working on Designing & drawing of hydraulic system for lifting & shifting of 10-Ton container for Indian Air Force, Dehradun Our design methodology: i) Customer's basic requirement is presented in the form of hand sketch. ii) After customer's approval, we design the structural elements with the help of manual calculation with reference to national and international standards. iii) We do calculations for the selection of standard bought out components. iv) Free hand detail part drawings of machining and fabricated components are sketched and the solid model of the same are prepared in solidworks. v) After this, the assembly drawing of sub-assemblies is prepared on Solidworks, with animation geometric limitations are verified. vi) We prepare the assembly instruction sheet, operation maintenance manual for the customer.
