We would like to develop P&ID process drawing based on the feed and seed information that we will provide; P&ID shall cover the following task in the field of petrochemical technology.

1. Process,
2. Mechanical, Piping & Structure,
3. Electricity, Instrumentation, Automation & Control

Process shall cover the following tasks:

Process Description,
Equipment selection
Equipment datasheets
Equipment install location with full descriptions.
P&ID Review,
HAZOP participation
Equipment List & Design,
Design of the Fluidized Bed Reactor,
equipment integration in the module,
Fluids list(utilities)
Line size definition and list,
Drops and losses calculation,
Approval / Deviation List of conformity of norms & specification (SES) holistically
ITP for equipment and process units

Mechanical, Piping & Structure shall cover the following tasks:

- S3D & 3D modulization of the modular package,
- Detail engineering of the equipment,
- Structure design and calculation,
- Piping support design and calculation,
- Interface list en detail with other packages,
- Class & Standard for piping (SES)

Electricity, Instrumentation, Automation & Control shall cover the following tasks:

Functional analysis
Instrumentation datasheet and Input/Output list
Automation architecture
Design of power panel
Design of Automation Panel
Design of VFD with speed calculation that meet feed rates.
Power balance & distribution architecture
Panel and Junction Box integration
Cable selection table & calculation
SIL calculation if applicable
Programming dev.
Safety & Interlock table
Design Integrated control system which shall be configure with main control room.
