We are repurposing space for a group home, and I need two illustrations: one, a 2d CAD illustration of how the layout will look with furniture, the kitchen, the bathroom, the bedroom, etc., and a diagram with measurements for the construction. I will provide the dimensions of the space, and I have the design for the rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, and living area and their dimensions. I will have door and window placement. The space is 4,230 sq ft., and it will be a single floor with two kitchens, three small apartments, four suits, and two living areas.
