Project goal:
To enhance and optimize an architectural building design for better energy efficiency using existing 3D IFC model data.
The building is planned to be located on a farm and will serve multiple purposes:
1. Greenhouse Area: A dedicated space for plant cultivation.
2. Utility/Storage Facility: A functional area for housing tools, equipment, pumps, tanks, and other essential systems.
The goal is to integrate these spaces efficiently while ensuring the building design supports sustainable energy use. Expertise in thermal and HVAC analysis, as well as energy-efficient design strategies (passive house), will be essential for this project.
