We are planning a 100 Hectare wellness residential and tourism community in the Dominican Republic and would like to improve our existing intial plan with more detail.
We are looking for design services to
1. Define a more detailed program for the site (infrastructure, common areas, commercial/resdiential areas)
2. Based on AutoCad map, begin preliminary budgeting
3. Produce initial renders to help investors better share a vision for the site.
