Development of Ni/Al2O3 Composite using Electro-Co- Deposition. Anyone

We are working on simulation of electro-co-deposition of Ni/Al2O3, using watts bath. We have solved it in 1D in Comsol. However we are unable to do it in 3d. Our objective is to determine the effect of system parameters such as 1) concentraion of Al2+ in the electrolyte 2) applied electrical voltage.3) Time(optional) .Visualisation of current density in the electrolyte bath would be preferable. Some of the constant parameters are Temp- 298K, Distance between electrodes is 20cm. Bath tank size is 181mmx181mm. Both the electrodes are fully submerged. Cathode face is 50mm x 50mm. anode face is 250mm x 50mm
