ArchiCAD Drafter – Permit Set Completion for Multi-Unit Building Ended

Project Overview:
We are looking for a skilled ArchiCAD drafter to complete the permit drawing set for a multi-unit residential project. The 3D model and floor plans are already prepared and coordinated. This is a technical documentation task, requiring precision and attention to detail.

Project Details:

Building type: Multi-unit residential

Units: 5 units per building

Configuration: 3-story buildings

Repetition: Same configuration repeated 3 times

Scope of Work: The following components are pending and need to be completed using ArchiCAD:

Section annotations (model is cut and set up)

Elevations annotations

Roof plan (minor coordination may be required)

Door and window schedule clean-up and coordination

Resources Provided:

ArchiCAD project file with preset annotation templates and view settings

A completed PDF set from another similar project for graphic and formatting reference

Requirements:

Proficient in ArchiCAD (version compatibility to be confirmed)

Experience producing permit drawing sets for residential or multi-unit buildings

Ability to follow and apply preset office drafting standards

Eye for clean, legible presentation and coordination

Deliverables:

Finalized annotated permit set (PDF and PLN file)

Fully coordinated and labeled plans, sections, elevations, roof plan, and schedules
