Project Overview:
We are looking for a skilled ArchiCAD drafter to complete the permit drawing set for a multi-unit residential project. The 3D model and floor plans are already prepared and coordinated. This is a technical documentation task, requiring precision and attention to detail.

Units: 5 units per building
Configuration: 3-story buildings
Repetition: Same configuration repeated 3 times
Scope of Work: The following components are pending and need to be completed using ArchiCAD:
Section annotations (model is cut and set up)
Elevations annotations
Roof plan (minor coordination may be required)
Door and window schedule clean-up and coordination
Resources Provided:

A completed PDF set from another similar project for graphic and formatting reference
