I'm a manufacturer of semi-automatic bag filling systems for 25 to 50 kg bags and I'm now looking to design a fully automatic bag filling machine. The current semi-automatic system I offer includes only auto bag filling, and I need to automate the rest of the processes which include bag placement and stitching.
Key Project Components:
- Design a fully automatic bag filling system that includes an automatic bag placer, automatic bag filling, and an auto-stitching machine with a filled bag placer.
- The machine should be compatible with polypropylene (PP) bags with a liner.
- The machine needs to be designed to handle 25 - 50 kg bags.
- Note that while I need to design the majority of this machine, I will source automatic stitching machines from a vendor, so there is no need to design this component.
The ideal freelancer for this project should have extensive engineering experience, particularly in designing automated machinery. Familiarity with bag filling systems and the specific requirements of working with PP bags is a plus.
