About the job
We are looking for a vertical mixing vessel that will allow for up mixing co2 (and other gases in the future) up to pressures of 10 bar. Can you aid us with creating an appropriate vessel?
We would preferably have enough volume to create a batch of co2 charged water for 60-minute-long experiments (based on the flow rate range of water we pull out, seen below). However, at a minimum we need to be able to run continuous experiments for 30 minutes.
Vertical Mixing Vessel Design Specs
Material: 316L stainless steel
Working Volume: 250–500 L
Design Pressure: 10 bar
Orientation: Vertical cylinder with domed top and bottom
Mounting: Skid or frame-mounted for stability
Flow Rate Range: 0.1–0.3 L/s
Top Head Ports Needed
Gas Inlet Port – DN15
Pressure Relief Valve / Burst Disk
Pressure Gauge
Agitator or Stirrer Mount
Vent Port for depressurizing
Sidewall Ports
pH / EC Probe Port
Mounted at mid-height
Compression fitting or tri-clamp sanitary adapter
Sample Port -at mid or bottom height
Level Indicator
Bottom Ports
Water Inlet Port
3/4" BSP
isolation valve
Drain / Discharge Valve
Full-port ball valve
If possible, we also would like to have an additional port for a 3/4 “ nanobubbler BSP apparatus that we have already purchased.
