I'm finishing a basement and need a design/floor plan to submit to my municipality with my permit application. I have the existing floorplan (the home was newly built in 2021) and municipality requirements and pictures. I'm adding a bathroom and bedroom with a few additional doors to spaces that already exist. The plan will need to include additional outlets, the ceiling is remaining open except in the bedroom and bathroom which will be fully completed. I can walk a designer through (in person or over the phone) the layout for what will be in each space if needed. My timeline is 2-3 weeks.
