I am a freelance SolidWorks expert and design engineer specializing in converting ideas and models into 3D. From this I am able to create photo realistic visualizations, technical drawings and prepare parts for production. I have experience with injection molding, design for manufacture and design for prototyping and assembly. My experience has resulted in cost efficient designs for varying sized items and varying sized projects. Have lead global innovation projects for multi national companies, however no job is too small. Furthermore I am able to create prototypes for visualization and for testing purposes. This combined with tooling contacts allows me to take a model from 2D or initial concept through to a production ready state, or production if required. My prototyping experience is with rapid prototyping, 3D printing to create highly accurate and realistic models. Prototypes can also be rapid machined from Acetyl or polypropylene amongst other materials and rapid tooled, injection molded or vacuum formed/cast parts can also be created prior to tooling for production.
