I am a Certified Professional Building Designer with 7 years of hands on Architectural Design and Drafting experience. I am highly proficient in using Sketchup Pro and Layout, as well as AutoCAD to produce construction and design documents. My experience pertains to producing design drawings for residential and light commercial projects, and for all phases including Conceptual Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents. I maintain my title as Certified Professional Building Designer with the National Council of Building Designer Certification, Which requires at least 6 years of Drafting Experience to qualify to take the exam. Upon successfully passing the exam it then requires 8 credit hours of continuous education per year to maintain certified status.

I have been designing homes since 2010. I received my bachelors degree in architecture at Texas A&M University. I've come to love helping homeowners capture their dreams and design their perfect house. I understand that each client is unique. Whether you’re looking for a traditional, Mediterranean or hill country, I can help you design your perfect dream home. We can start from scratch, combine ideas from many plans, or base off an existing plan. My goal is to take your thoughts and ideas and put them to work to come up with a floor plan focusing on square footage, flow of the plan, your living habits, and any lot restrictions. The final set of plans will include: - floor plan - exterior elevations - electrical plan - roof plan - rough plumbing/form layout - any necessary interior details/elevations - site plan (if required) The entire design process typically takes from 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of the house and your availability for modification meetings/emails/phone calls. Using these plans you will be able to build the house and submit for permitting and engineering (framing and froundation). Get the design services comparable to a large company or architect at half the cost. I charge $1.25 per total covered square foot. I look forward helping you and your family design your dream home.
