I am familiar with a variety of CAD softwares, and have access to Solidworks and Fusion 360 on my personal computer. In addition to my professional experience, I have an extensive portfolio of personal 3D printing projects. I have a bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University. During college, I participated heavily in Baja SAE offroad racing - a competition series where students design and build and an offroad vehicle from the ground up. This vehicle is brought to annual competitions to race against other schools, and the teams give design presentations to judges. I was the chief engineer for the team my last two years of college, and designed the chassis and suspension system. I own a Prusa MINI+ 3D printer

I am a mechanical engineer with experience in the design and development of consumer products and medical devices. I have been involved in every step of the product development process--from initial ideation and prototyping to failure testing and inspection. I have also completed a number of reverse engineering projects. I am an experienced user of SolidWorks, PTC Creo, and Siemens NX. I currently use OnShape for CAD and drawing needs, unless a specific program request is made. Also, with a background in visual art, I am used to working closely with industrial and graphic designers and creating reports and presentations for marketing teams and customers.
