• Senior Architect / technical office. R.C.A (Redco Construction Almana-Qatar) · Full-time Oct 2021 – Sep 2022 11 mos Doha, Doha Municipality, Qatar - Boulevard project (Design and build of mixed use 18 buildings in Boulevard lucail –Qatar).
  - Ministry of Defense ( new buildings for ministry of Defense of Qatar)
  
  Responsibilities:
  -Shop drawing for all finishes of 18 buildings (flooring, reflected ceiling, glass balustrades, aluminum cladding, landscape, doors, windows, steel balustrades, entrance matt ,access hatches, steel ladders, marble, granite works, stair cases , escalators , lefts , lighting , block works, dry walls, wet areas, ceramic walls , gypsum works …etc).
  -Study all NCR issues and coordinate with quality department o close it with consultant.
  -Attend technical meetings with consultant and negotiate all problems.
  -Coordinate with BIM section.
  -study leveling for landscape (in ministry of defense) with fence design and levels with inside or outside plot.
  -site visits; follow up, as built drawings.
• Senior Architect / SITE SUPERVISION H.CT.C.O (Hany Twafeek consulting office-Qatar) · Full-time Sep 2021 – Jun 2022 9 mos Doha, Doha Municipality, Qatar Main Projects:
  -Floresta residential tower-client is Alfardan- in pearl (two basements, ground, two podiums, mezzanine, and 15 typical and 3 roofs floors).
  - 5 villas (Gardiano area) basement +ground +first +roof floors.
  -Ap12 (shekh Abdelrahman Al-Thani) in pearl.
  -F08-F09 two buildings in lucail Qatar.
  -Villa Qotaifan.
  -Air port monitoring tower.
  -fit out in 13th floor of sub-minister of Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
  Responsibilities:
  • Review and comment on the contractor materials submission, prequalification’s, method statement, shop drawing, ITPs, Operation and mentainance manuals, as per contract documents, release the documents within 3 days after the review and coordination with project specification and Q.C.S.
  • Review or Attend (W.I.R) S inspection requests, also I revise inspections that inspected by 6 inspectors in same day.
  • Assist PM/RE/SR in arranging progress meeting report weekly.
  • Arrange weekly and monthly report of construction progress as requested.
  • Issue S.O.R or N.C.R (non-conformance report) of any constructed items not as specifications as mentioned in contract documents.
  • Arrange letters and reports what requested from P.M.
  • Daily inspections to be carried out to ensure that the contractor is executing the project as per contract requirement.
  • Participate technical and progress meetings as requested by P.M.
  • Assist Q.S in monthly payment certification; release the executed work percentage in 2 days of receipt of contractor submission.
