* Accomplished an 18% increase in energy density and a 17.8% reduction in weight for the Formula Bharat 2025 battery module, by switching to cost-effective 21700 cells and using Lexan polycarbonate cell holders that are 50% lighter than previous materials used.
* Developed and implemented custom cell holders using FR4 composite for the 2024 season resulting in optimized space utilization and enhanced structural integrity
