Atharv S. Nagare is a dedicated and dynamic professional with a strong foundation in Civil Engineering and a minor in Data Science, currently pursuing a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) at Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI). With a CGPA of 7.4, he has developed a deep understanding of structural mechanics, stress-strain analysis, and advanced computational tools used in engineering.

Beyond academics, Atharv has significant leadership and management experience, having served as the Civil Department Head for Technovanza and Rangwardhan at VJTI, where he successfully organized large-scale technical and cultural events. His ability to plan, coordinate, and execute events while managing diverse teams showcases his strong problem-solving, communication, and administrative skills.

He has also contributed as an Operations Team Member in the Civil Engineering Students’ Association (CESA), collaborating with senior members to oversee departmental activities. Additionally, his involvement in HB Fusion Club and AI-driven AutoCAD internships reflects his passion for integrating technology with engineering.

Atharv’s experience in guiding student teams—such as assisting the Bridge-It team (runner-up) and M3 team at VJTI—demonstrates his mentoring capabilities, making him well-suited for a teaching role. His expertise in AutoCAD, Revit (advanced modeling and families), and data-driven engineering applications enables him to effectively teach students practical and theoretical aspects of civil engineering.

With a keen interest in teaching, mentoring, and academic development, Atharv aims to bring an interactive, project-based learning approach to education, ensuring that students gain both technical knowledge and hands-on experience.
