I have over 35 years of experience in the construction industry as a licensed professional engineer and architect in 44 states.
My scope of work is as follows:
- Drafting and stamping for new building construction
- Planning changes, updates and renovations of residential homes and industrial/commercial buildings
- Review the drawings in accordance with the building regulations of the country, and if there are errors in the drawings, they are sealed/corrected and then sealed.
- Structural analysis and calculation reports.
I am proficient in HVAC, MEP & Landscape Design, SAP2000, AutoCAD, Autocad Civil3D, Revit, SketchUp, V-Ray or similar software for architectural design.
I will create accurate, high-quality drawings that comply with all relevant regulations and standards.
