I am a mechanical design engineer ,i have 3 plus years experience in mechanical design (solid works). Part modelling, sheet metal , detailing, assembling, Surfacing Plastics and reverse engineering,GD&T. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES HANDLED ❖ Downloading CAD models from online like motors, gearboxes, pneumatic cylinders, bearings some other important parts. ❖ 2D drawing for laser cutting and generating Bill of materials,. ❖ Good knowledge on ISO, ANSI and ASME Y14.5-2009 standard. ❖ Good knowledge on GD&T, Welding, Tolerances, Belts, Pulleys, sprockets and chains, Fabrication methods, Documentation. ❖ I can Able to work independently on Optimization of design, communicate independently with customers. ❖ I am strong in Fundamentals of engineering. ❖ Good knowledge on SPM Machine Design, Development and Reverse Engineering. ❖ Assigned to the tasks of selection of Bearings, Heat Exchangers, and Shaft materials for Machines. ❖ Assigned with the responsibilities of creating the Dimensional Drawings, Main Assembly Drawing, Part Drawings and the complete Bill of Materials for Motors and machineries. ❖ Responsible for analyzing the incoming enquiries from the sales department, and preparing accurate General Arrangement and Layout Drawings. ❖ Responsible for designing the base frames to mount the machines and the application.
