  them with various planning and building control applications in the past. I have continued to do this
  kind of work on weekends and the work has slowly built up to the point I am considering going on my own/freelance. With multiple planning and building applications passed in and around Yorkshire over the past few years. 10 this year so far already.

• CAD - Designer Face consultants · Full-time Jan 2018 – Jun 2020 2 yrs 5 mos Kirkburton, England, United Kingdom Designing and overseeing multiple industrial concrete flooring design projects simultaneously;
  from initial GA design, technical detailing and construction specifications for industrial warehouse
  projects within the UK and globally including; Korea, Sri Lanka, Dubai, United Arab Emirates,
  India and Hong Kong
  • Interpreting and understanding the Architects, engineers and any other sectors drawings and
  specifications
  • Producing highly accurate and well-presented drawings using AutoCAD and Revit models when
  required
  • Managing client relationships
  • Completing design reviews for industrial flooring design packages for the UK and worldwide
  • Ensuring all designs meet the current regulations and relevant technical flooring specifications
  (depending what country the project is in), as well as meeting/exceeding the building

  before managing the delivery and installation of the finished products
