Azure Lotus Rooftop Restaurant

Azure Lotus Restaurant was a project I designed in the Republic of Palau for a Taiwanese client. The concept was to create a stunning restaurant atop a commercial building, designed entirely from scratch. I was responsible for both the 2D architectural drawings in AutoCAD and multiple 3D visualizations to attract potential investors. One of the major challenges of the project was the lack of existing plumbing infrastructure. To address this, I had to develop innovative solutions for managing kitchen waste discharge efficiently. Additionally, since the restaurant was situated on the rooftop of a five-story building, the design had to incorporate lightweight materials while maintaining structural integrity. Beyond functionality, the aesthetic appeal was a key consideration. The restaurant needed to be visually striking and inviting for both locals and tourists, complementing its breathtaking panoramic views. The final design balanced elegance, practicality, and cultural appeal, ensuring a unique dining experience in the heart of Palau.
