The project, which was developed as part of the graduation project. The complex includes 2 buildings: a restaurant and a fair. The reconstruction of the buildings of the Prussian stud farm meant an increase in the tourist flow through the settlement with the attraction of investments. Also, the improvement of the territory with accessibility for people with limited mobility was developed.
