Medication Aids

Project Need: The project was initiated to explore ways of increasing medication compliance as a way of improving patients' health. The project explored different approaches to improving medication adherence for seniors, but could be adopted by other population segments as well.

Process: Once problem areas and opportunities were defined, concepts were developed to tackle each problem / opportunity statement. This was followed by prototyping, to evaluate the concepts compared to other existing solutions.

The solution: An ergonomic medication cutting and storage aid, and a new form of medication packaging with clear guidance, personalized to the recipient.
