Sports Sensor

Project Need: The project was initiated to develop a smart wearable device to track sports injuries. Process: During the electronics development, design refinements were made to accommodate changes in component positions and dimensions. The prototype was then developed to evaluate general appearance, size and suitability for use in helmets. One major aspect of the design that was crucially evaluated in the prototype was the flexibility of the product to fit with different curvatures of helmets. The solution: A compact, non-intrusive device designed for easy and flexible installation in a wide range of sports helmets.
