Plant Room Concept Tender Submission Rendering

This image is from a plant room installation concept to support our tender bid and to demonstrate our design and installation capabilities. This is based on 2D mechanical schematics and 2D architectural plans from the client, which was all the information we had to go on. The room dimensions were quickly plotted in Revit, then the plant was spatially coordinated along with the low-loss header requirements, followed by the header/pump arrangement and finally high level pipe runs and gas supply. All completed using standard Revit components (excl. the boilers) and Revit's built-in rendering and materials.
