We are SINAN Real-Estate company that was established in 2011 and has become one of the successful companies in the real-estate development field where we have multiple projects all over the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.However, we would like to have a modern, outstanding and sustainable design for the following:
- Design for mock up unit "living room and master bed room and bathroom and Majlis( guest room)"
- Design for the corridor
- Design for the reception
- Design for the lounge
- Design for the entrance area of the basement
Note: If you have experience in hardscape and landscape we can discuss this issue.
Moreover, it is a residential project that have 47 apartments which will have the same or similar design of the chosen one

How rubbish thing happen on this site? Contest was organize by someone but no one know who is the winner . Contest is complete but not finalize any winner on the desk,Saleh yaser you told that you are serious company or doing some funny thing.
To explain, we are working with an investing company that is the owner of this project. However, there are other candidates that are competitors. So, you could provide and present a sample mock up unit for the given drawings so that it will be presented to the financial fund board members. Once the board members settle on your design they will go on with you for this projects and many other projects.

Ceiling Hood
Hello,
We are looking to replace this hood in an island, with something flush with the ceiling. We'd like an encasement, low profile with a modern design around. The hood vent is 36". We will use a low profile vent and there is space in the ceiling. I would expect the encasement would be less than 1' in length coming down from the cieling. Looking for a nice modern design in the encasement. Please provide a rendering and instructions on building.
remodeling 2 appartments
This is the plan of 2 apartments above each other in Belgium that we would like to renovate to a contemporary/modern finish - open floor plan. The ground floor is currently a 1 bed 1 bathroom apartment. We want to sacrifice the garage for 50% to allow for an extra bed and bathroom. The other 50% of the garage will become a place to store the bicycles for the ground floor and 1st floor.
The 1st floor is currently a 2 bed 1 bathroom apartment. We want to sacrifice the current kitchen to allow for an extra bedroom and the technical room for a jack-and-jill bathroom. Our idea is to integrate the kitchen in the living room.

My 25 year old bathroom needs a remodel. I need help with the new layout and vanity and floor selections. I want:
The double sliding closet doors removed and replaced with a single door (maybe a pocket door)
Remove the tub
Make the shower larger with a spot to sit
To work within the given space (12' X 13')
The door to the water closet can be moved to make the shower bigger
